Project Info
Mather and Daly Architects was tasked with designing this new three-story medical office. The new, three-story office building contains examination rooms, an X-ray room, laboratory space, and record storage. Working with the owner, we developed the exterior elevations and refined the design for the lobby and reception area.
A tasteful interior and exterior were developed that matched the vision and expectations of the doctors within a reasonable construction cost. The front round window and columns give the building a recognizable exterior identity. The lobby features a curved reception area, seating for 45 people, natural light, a children’s area, and a semi-private area addressing HIPA rules.
The design-build construction included brick veneer covering a structural steel frame. The interior was framed using metal studs and the roof system is wood truss covered with a combination of architectural asphalt shingle and membrane.
